That's wonderful. It's good to remember that jobs may come and go, but hopefully, husbands are forever! Thanks for blogging.thinkmarriage.orghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07636786289423645520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19488999.post-67450442795950532162008-12-07T19:07:00.000-06:002008-12-07T19:07:00.000-06:00I would think that more married couples would say ...I would think that more married couples would say that their partner was part of the most positive event of their day. <BR/>My husband always asks me about my day when we get home from work. Unfortunately, I'm not very satisfied with my work most of the time so I usually respond with, "I'd rather not talk about it." However, the simple act of him making a concerned effort to find out, despite my usual reaction, makes me love him all the more. I can have a terrible day at work, but after we both get home, I start making dinner, and we talk about his day, I suddenly forget how much I disliked my work day and I begin to realize how much I am enjoying being together with him right now. This becomes my day and he is definitely the most positive portion of it. Every day I feel like I can get up and go back to the work in the morning, because I know that after work we'll be together and I'll be happy again.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
