This is a nice "story", but it is hard to believe that men like this exist. I have not seen this kind of devotion in any marriage. Today I met a woman whose husband divorced because she was diagnosed with MS. My husband uses me as his personal whipping post, both emotionally and physically. I have not seen love displayed properly by a man my entire life. Do men really know how to love, or do they just use women for their own gratification?

Dear Anonymous,
I hope that someday you do realize that this kind of man and love do exist, but more importantly right now...that you get help for your situation.

No one should be abused. You should not be abused.

Please take steps to contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline...but be aware. If your computer is monitored in any way, they give this warning the minute you put in their website.
